Accuracy
Calories come from Katori’s own table of Indian dishes, built from published home recipes and US and UK government food data. Cooking varies from kitchen to kitchen, so treat every number as a close guess. Katori isn’t medical advice; talk to a doctor or dietitian about health conditions.
