Earn My Scroll privacy policy

Earn My Scroll (“EMS”) is designed with privacy as a core principle. EMS does not require an account, does not include advertising, and does not use analytics, tracking, or telemetry services.

Data Collection

Earn My Scroll does not collect personal data or transmit personal data to developer-operated servers.

Information used by the app is processed locally on your device unless processing by Apple is required to provide an Apple platform service, such as App Store purchases.

HealthKit and Step Data

With your permission, Earn My Scroll reads step-count information from Apple HealthKit to provide walking-based screen-time rewards.

HealthKit information is processed locally on your device. Earn My Scroll does not upload HealthKit data to developer-operated servers, does not use HealthKit data for advertising, and does not sell HealthKit data.

Screen Time and App Protection

Earn My Scroll uses Apple’s Family Controls, Managed Settings, and Device Activity frameworks to allow you to select and protect apps on your own device.

Your protected-app selections and related Screen Time information are processed locally using Apple’s system frameworks and are not collected by Earn My Scroll on external servers.

Local App Data

Information such as your earned-time balance, wallet activity, focus sessions, progress, preferences, and unlock state is stored locally on your device.

Earn My Scroll does not operate a cloud account or synchronization service for this information.

Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit.

Earn My Scroll does not receive or store your payment card information. Apple may process information associated with purchases according to Apple’s own privacy policies.

Advertising and Tracking

Earn My Scroll does not contain third-party advertising and does not use cross-app or cross-site tracking technologies.

Third-Party Analytics

Earn My Scroll does not use third-party analytics, advertising, attribution, or telemetry SDKs.

Data Deletion

Because EMS data is stored locally, you can remove locally stored data using the application’s available deletion controls or by deleting Earn My Scroll from your device.

System permissions such as Health and Screen Time access can also be changed or revoked through iOS Settings.

Children’s Privacy

Earn My Scroll does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated when Earn My Scroll’s functionality or data practices change. The latest version will always be available at this page.
